Job Title: Business Development Manager - CIVILS Labour Sourcing & Recruitment
Job Summary: MMA are seeking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the Construction Recruitment and Labour Sourcing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business and maintaining existing relationships with clients across the construction industry. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting our recruitment solutions, and negotiating contracts.

Another year is coming to an end . I’d like to start off by thanking everyone that has worked for us this year .
2023 looks like it’s going to be a another good year .
A lot of things are happening behind the scenes at MMA . We start off the new year by launching our partnership with WHYSUP and in doing so we become the first agency to launch anything like this . There are problems in the industry and again we are trying to lead the way to tackle these problems.
Who are WHYSUP what do they do -We are here to raise awareness and increase understanding around mental health and addiction. We actively promote and encourage good wellbeing through our work! www.whysup.co.uk
This will be special access for all who work for us. But it is also there for anyone that needs help .
We understand that this time of year although enjoyable for some is also bad time for others . Don’t be afraid to ask for help .
